Yea it is. Its great for cutting around town on. Get 100 Mpg so I cant complain. Only cost $2 it fill up.

i have two....one is stock i rent it for the motorcycle road test and one has a pipe i use it for fun

the ruckus do look pimp. it would be fun to pick one up for my gf to learn to ride on and to tool around on but I dont think I would have enough spare time to justify spending the money on one

yeah its a leo vince scooter pipe, made to fit haha its loud, sounds pretty good, it doesnt change much though, the ruckus has a rev limiter and will only go i think its 47mph,

i was rocking one now i got a hyosung. the ruckus is awesome for like chirsts and stuff but not so good for wheelies i like my 2 stroke for that

in Croatia it is sold by the name Honda Zoomer...

and here it costs about 4100$...too expensive

i got a used one for $1200 a 2003, put 10.000 kh on in this summer and traded it for the db in the pic that was worth $1400 when i got it
