this is my second build. may fit 01 02 03 gsxr as well. kit is currently installed on my 05 gsxr 600 and has ~ 150-200 miles of testing. i build and test ride all my kits before i sell them. you will receive the kit ready to install with no special tools required. this kit will require side plastics to be cut to clearence pipes. 2500.00 cash or add 3% for paypal fees + shipping.

kit consist of:

ko3 turbo from and audi a4 1.8 with internal wastegate set to 7psi
audi a4 blow off valve(bypass valve)
custom header made from TBR (slowboy racing) header flange
custom aluminum plenum
boost piping(very small ding on pipe from garage incident)
k&n air filter
all hoses and clamps to install components
T.R.E. (timing retard eliminator)
custom downpipe which exits just after side fairing
255lph intank pump with assembly
custom map for the power cammander 3 usb(PC3 usb not included)

thanks. ill try. im moving up to the 06+ gsxr's since slowboy(TBR) already makes a kit for the 01-05 gsxr's but not the 06+.

no. i have a dyno but im still trying to figure out how to use it. i used the dyno to do non street runs so i could check the afr.

what are u talkin about, they are easy, and those welds on the header look like a 12 year old did it looks like u better practice some tig welding

actually smart *** its mig welded. the only thing that is tig welded is the aluminum. if you dont like it. build your own *******. you will see how complex it is. i build every part of these kits without outside help so i take offence when an ******* like you post an ignorant comment like that. i build these kits to be affordable. go ahead and spend the 4000.00 + on other kits if you want pretty. tig welding has a cleaner look but its expensive and time consuming. cant sell kits for cheap if everything is tig welded.
