Its hard to put them in order because differant styles and tastes, but I would definitly add jimmy paige and buckethead to those lists...Maybe even les claypool even though he plays bass guitar.

It's really hard to say The best because all are different styles and different genres of music. What's makes them the best anyhow? Is it speed, riffs, leads? I think it's too wide of a scope. Plus alot of this is personal preference.
