While riding, the bike started to randomly lose a bunch of power. It felt like I was partially holding in the clutch, because I would have to give it a lot of gas to get moving, but it would rev really loud compared to how fast I was going. After I limped it home, it wouldn't start anymore. All the dash electronics turn on, the fuel pump primes, the battery cranks, it just wont catch. It gaves the error code 19: "pulse generator, or wiring". I replaced the pulse generator, and multimeter tested the wires from it, to the ECU and they look good. Not sure what else to try. Anyone have any idea?

It was two problems, worn out clutch plates, and then it wouldn't start because I put the pulse generator back in, upside down.
