954 relay?

What ativates the headlight relay on a 02 954? I can jumper the switch and it works. I have ground but i have no power! Power wire was green if that helps.

not sure for the headlight, but i know that 954 fan is controlled by it's ecu which was a pain in the *** to make a switch for.

$20 says its the same for the headlight.
