Re: high powered rifle

I love my 300 weatherby mag but the rounds are pretty pricey, my dad has a 300 win mag that's pretty bad *** and the rounds aren't too bad on price

Re: high powered rifle

we got a wetherby 7mm magnum, it's ****** badass, but i don't think you'll find any highpowered rifle with cheap rounds. .223 rounds are pretty reasonable though, i.e. AR-15

Cheap and high power dont go in the same sentence. And dont get the 710. Its good for banging around in a truck and using for **** you dont care about. But your gunna spend a decent amount of money for ammo for a good round so you mays well get a good gun. A Savage is pretty cheap but well made and very accuarate. .300wm is a good round, but it all depends what you want to do..How much are you looknig to spend and what are you looking to do?

Re: high powered rifle

the 710 is a good rifle for the money the action sucks but it's pretty accurate....plus you can drop it in the mud and rocks and worry about it.

the savage 10 fp .308 is really nice and not too expensive considering the quailty....forget the ar's if you can even find any...i've been trying to buy a couple stripped lowers and haven't had any luck....at least under $200 a pop anyways.

Re: high powered rifle

it's not a m4 it's an ar15.....and you could build a 6.8 ar for half that....if you wanted stopping power in an ar you could go with the .50 beowulf upper

if you want a high powered rifle go with a savage 10fp or remington 700 you can mod the hell out of them and they shoot much better then any ar15
