The Nascency Project - Obscurity & Divinity
Obscurity & Divinity is a documentary on the sport of freeride, and the people involved in it. Follow the travels of current IFWA world champion Ross Champion as he trains, competes, and freerides around the globe. Interviews with Ross as well as friends and other competitors bring a never before seen light to the sport.
Alright, all that being said, we are very stoked to finally be able to show a little piece of what we are working on now. Some people kinda knew the story we had going on, alot didn't but now will see why we have been super busy so far this year.
I always said I never wanted to just make another riding video like The Addiction, and this is just about the polar opposite of that. Not that anything was wrong with The Addiction, just that I needed to push myself to do more.
We have been very lucky with this project and have had considerable help thus far pulling off some of the stuff we have. My goal for this movie is to bring something to the table for people who may have never seen or ridden a jet ski before, and provide a story for them to follow and characters to identify with, and hopefully get them out of the theater and off of the couch and go ride!! I want to make something that the rest of the world can look at and say "ya know, these guys have something going on here, and we need to pay attention."
And another riding video just won't cut it...
Anyways, enjoy the teaser, post it on your facespace or mybook...flitter, flutter, sputter, and otherwise post the bejees out of this thing if you see fit and as always thanks to everyone for the continued support!!

That was a sweet teaser, I was hoping to see more riding But knowing Chris (as he is NEVER happy with just one teaser, or he found a way to stick this shot with this part of the music that he liked better) there be SEVERAL more of these... with sick riding and whatnot.

You should check out the daytona freeride every jan (same weekend as stuntwars)... last year had over 400 registered skis and a few thousand spectators...just for a weekend of riding, no comps, advertising, nothing...its a good time...

Re: The Nascency Project - Obscurity & Divinity
wait till its done!!
this is easily the hardest project i have ever done, but so far it looks to be pretty sick. We should be doing the film festival circuits when its complete and see what kind of promotion we can bring to the sport this way...
and...
mulling over ideas for a streetbike doc...
