A friend of mine that i get all my parts from Runs RPM Motorsports (They deal Triumph and aprilia's) I was in there shop the other day looking at them things they are SICK

holy old *** thread...... he got rid of this junk a long time ago.... in and out of the shop for major motor work about 4 times over the summer... they bought it back lemon law... i hear the new gens are pimp though. he just got a shitty one

Motards don't need cages. Hand guards, axle spools, and case guards to keep the shifter/ brake pedal are all you need.

He ended up getting rid of that bike like 2 years ago. he bought like put 2,000 miles on it and the engine had to be rebuilt 3 times. Aprilia actually bought it back from him. He ended up getting a GSXR 750 07 model.

From what I've heard is that the top end in those needs to be rebuilt every 4000-6000 miles. They're a very high maintance bike. We have them for sale where I work but I usually tell people ahead of time that they will be working on it alot.
