Re: Dogs

some places in america it is illegal to own pits

and dade county is serious about it

and dont believe all the hype that you hear

the amount of coverage that you have isnt how much you pay a year thats how much they will help you with if somthing does happen

on all my dogs it costs me 650 dollars a year including my home owners insurance the trick is to find a rep that will find a company that is willing to insure you it takes a while but is worth it i got all my freestyle ramps and my dogs fully insured

holla

No ****, I'll have to check around then, I just know my buddy has to drop over 1G a year for insurance on their pit.

I only have to pay an extra $155 per year to have my pitt's fully covered under my policy, you just have to find someone who either understands that pitts aren't all vicious or you have to find someone who will take the time to come out and meet your dogs.... I live in palm beach county which is a lil bit north of dade & dade / broward are both very strict about having pitts. It is a felony in both counties to be in the posession of a pit bull !

Brandon - do you have any pups you wanna sell ?

Re: Dogs

Damn....

Found this today:

Ohio
Statewide "vicious dog" law which includes "Pit Bulls." Statewide requirement of $100,000 liability insurance coverage per dog ($50,000 in Cleveland and some other cities), and have 6-foot, padlocked fences or kennel with enclosed top.

I think It is only illegal in Dade county. They passed that laws years ago. I used to work for Palm Beach County Animal Countrol. They basically issued you a ticket and increased the price to $500.00 till you got rid of the dog. I think it also included what they thought was a mix pit bull. I am not aware that Broward has similar rules or laws.
