Hey everyone, this is Jason Miller from Maryland International Raceway. I hope everyone had a good time last year at the WPGC Bike Fest in July. What are everyone's thoughts that attended? What can we do to make it better for you? Johnny BMore has been helping us with the event and we need to start planning earlier for the event. This years date is July 17-18, 2010. Would love to here some input.

We are very excited about this event, as its the only event in the country with Professional 200mph motorcycle drag racing, Stuntbike Competition, Custom Bike Show, Bikini Contest, Vendor Midway, Beer Garden, Bikini Bartenders, Live Bands, Live Broadcasts, Magazine Coverage by 2Wheel Tuner and Straightliner, Great Food, Dyno, etc... all at one event! We had 464 bikes in the drag racing portion of the event and over 9,000 people at the event on Sat & Sun. I believe we had over 50 bikes in the Stuntbike Competition too. Great Event and we are looking forward to it again this year.

What the prices for vendor spots

We charge $250 for a vendor spot that includes Saturday & Sunday and 2 weekend admission tickets. If your interested contact Bryan Starner at 301-884-9833 and he can set you up for it.

this event was def alot of fun last year...i dont really see much room for improvement, i think for the size of the event in the space it was put together really really good...there were constantley tons of ppl watching the comps as well as the practice all day...

i will def be there again for sure!!

Yea had a great time last year. Will def. be there again this year and maybe I wont destroy my bike in the first 5 mins this time but if those jersy guys are coming I probly will.

one change that comes to mind is have a top 5 qualifier for endo in the stunt area then have those 5 riders compete for longest endo on the track . longest endo among 5 riders shouldnt take more then 15 minutes, also payouts for top 5 in each event would be nice. last year it was if you werent first you may as of well been last. i had a great time last year and will def go this year

awesome idea...cuz then you have to hit it hard in short approach, and then if u qualify go out and go big on the track....could be really interesteing

Yes Johnny is going to help promote the show again this year. I just wanted to start a topic for some feedback. We should be able to arrange the comps in the arena and do something on the strip for longest endo, that would be actually pretty cool!

Actually not all of the vendors spots have power due to placement. At this event last year we had over 1,500' of vendors. Get on the list early by calling Bryan at 301-884-9833 and he can see if there is anything we can do for power, but generally its best to bring a generator, just because some places on the facility dont have power outlets.

I am really glad to see that alot of you had fun last year and liked the layout. We will have the arena set up on Saturday as well and maybe we can set up a practice on Saturday for those that want some seat time.

I am a motorcycle dragracer at heart, but by combining motorcycle drag racing with stunting, pretty girls, music, bike show, and so on this event has really drawn a crowd.

That would be real cool....just hope the racers don't bitch like they did the first year that we were "messing the track up with our oily piece of **** bikes " when we went out to get the moving shots and warm up the crowd

The burnouts on the track does mess up the way the rubber lays, and we have to make sure that no bikes are leaking any fluids. Having a longest endo contest wouldnt be a problem if we narrowed it down to a certain group of riders from the stunt arena. Will be alot of fun!

That would be great....and could be done fairly quickly as well. Can't wait for it again this year Jason, the first year was just brutally hot
