Re: Help??
is it the shifter for your front gears? maybe you could just set it and remove the shifter all together.Other then that...steal one off a junk bike.Call your local bike shop. Most do repairs and upgrades and have what you need on hand you might it get for dirt cheap.

Re: Help??
i'm guessing your saying you bent your derailor?? a local bike shop can replace it for you, although most of the time i just get a derailor off a junk bike and adjust it to fit mine, although it takes time to learn how to set and adjust it properly...

Re: Help??
Pete's probably the best on here, A few others are good but the rest of the people (like me) are just ok. Try different things to fix it. Just make things fit, whatever works. I have a metal piece holding my shock together.

looks like the camera focused on the spokes instead of the rear dropout.
i'm not quite sure what kind of derailor your using, but it looks as tho it bolts onto that area.
there are other types that use a clamp type system, in the back of the dropout, odds are a bicycle shop could help you out more than me right now
