2nd Wheelie, 2nd 12:00, 2nd crash!!!
Quick little story here........
I met this dude with an R6 a month or so ago. He found me on a local message board, and read that I stunt and wated to hook up. He told me his story about how he went to the starboyz wheelie school and when He got back he tried a few wheelies, and looped the R6. He fixed it up, sold it and bought a bit of a better stunt bike, a CBR 900RR, and geared it -1 +2.
Anyways I finally get to hook up with him, and he wants a few pointers on how to wheelie. So I show the basic 1st gear throttle wheelie. He tries about 4-5 and has no luck getting the wheel up. I give him some more input, and he tries 2-3 more, same resault. On the next crack, he gets it up high @ about 35 km/h. I'm cruising right beheind him on 2 wheels just to observe.....so, hes riding this BP wheelie, and then he just gets higher and higher now riding it @ about 11:00. I'm shitting my pants watching all this, and hes still riding out the wheelie at about 60 km/h. THEN he 12's it!!! Hes scraping tail for about 30-40 feet down the road, and then **** hits the fan. He gets a wobble, and goes down HARD on his right side. The clutch cover lands right on his ankle....the pics pretty much explain the rest......Damage to the 900 was minimal......I had another guy ride it home. No repairs necessary. As for Jeff, he may or may not have broke his ankle, we'll find out wednesday. Just had to share the little story........

Nothing will make you better besides expierence(sp)
Sucks to see people crashing but hopefully they learn from...it usually takes me 2 or 3 times before I learn what I did wrong

He went to a wheelie school and he doesn't even know how to clutch his bike up? The thing I like about clutching myself is you don't have to be on full throttle when it gets past that "hump".

anyways, cast is off now, and his skin is very irritated. Jeff says it BURNS 24/7...........I hope he learns to wear boots after this one. I've been wearing nothing but my race boots since 'the inncodent'
