Good question.

I could do them on the original "Superbike World Championship" game by flying accelerating to 110mph and nailing the brakes, but I can't do it on this one. Of course I think I had brake help on, when I tried it to maybe that is why it didn't work?

I need to get a life.

burnout are easy(rolling too) make sure you have ambient on(that the real trick). Rolling burnout: you must have tire damage on and burn them for couple of minutes.
