Re: The F4rr Conversion

Looks sick Rowdy! Pimp riding a pimpin bike, dont get any better!

Got a question thou, do you think the extra 2" and weight that's up high and behind you is going to hinder the stoppie game at all? i'd imagine not especially with your skills but every little bit make a difference right??! and what damper did you go with on that setup?

Thanks buddy, I miss u
And IDK yet, its got some powerful brakes on it. New pads, rotors, bearings... ect. Those radial calipers are serious business so I cant wait to test these things out once I get the damper mount all figured out. Ive got the Hyperpro for it, but the new configuration is giving me some clearance problems right now

U have to grind off a piece of the shock bracket, drill out some holes to accept the linkage, use a 1000rr shock & turn it around backwards. Minor mods, but yes it will eventually bolt up.

When using vortex clipons & a Hohey 929 triple U cant adjust the clipons when u flip & swap sides. The bolts to tighten them down become inaccessable, so u just loosen the triple clamps and turn the tube itself to reach ur desired position
