i might be getting an 02 954(very good deal, 6k shipped) from california, but ill have to have it shipped to PA. just wondering what companies you guys use, or have heard good things about? also, who should i definitely stay away from? thanks...

i don't get it, if it's 6k shipped why do you have to worry about it.

i've used AAA motorcycle transport (not sure of the exact name)
twice and have had good experiences both times but they are really $$$$

Minnesota to Texas $550
Virgina to Minnesota $600

but they come to your house/work/fav. corner. to pick it up and drop it off. no crate needed.

i HEARD forward air is alot cheaper if you have a crate and can pick it up from an airport.

i mean, the seller is a buddy of mine in CA. we worked it out, so i would mail him 6200, and then he'd take the shipping out of that. so basically im just lookin for a company that is trustworthy, and not too too expensive.

what'dya think, 5700+500 shipping for an 02 954?
