What lever is this / how to get it closer

What lever is this / how to get it closer So i want my lever to be little bit closer to bars so is there a way like bend it or adjust it somehow?
Or if someone knows what lever it is from then i would buy adjustable one.
Bike is F4i (i guess it doesn't matter in this situation) and it's a handbrake.
I can take more pictures tomorrow if needed.
