Stunt advice cbr600rr
Hey guys looking for advice for my 2012 rr... I'm pretty decent at wheelies on the bike (for a stock set up) but would definitely like to get em a little slower and steadier and move up to seat standers etc.... I had heard from a lot of people the bike doesn't make a good stunt bike but I'm not looking to lot it just kill the streets.. So my question is, is it worth it to do a stunt setup on this bike? Or to just find a cheap 636 or f4i all done up already... Appreciate anybody's input

From personal research i would try and get a 636 if u think u might get into the sport and ur comfortable doing balance wheelies. Or if u are just learning f4i would be your best bet . Unless ur literally just wanna wheelie all day then i would just rock what u have. I wish i would of gotten a 636 but i kept my r6s when I got into this sport. Now I'm $$$ deep into it and I have to rock it. U still have that choice.

Yeah Id just grab an f4i. Theres tons of them for sale. Check out the 'buy/sale/trade stunt bike stuff' Facebook page. Bunch of good stuff on there. entire bikes and parts. Keep your 2012 mint for the streets. abuse your f4i in the lots.

Rock what you got man........ I rather kill it on a 2012 6rr than ride the me to bikes....f4i / 636......, stand out from the crowd. I would put a nice cage ( freestyle my favorite ) a round bar / -2/3 up gearing , and call it a day. Now if you want to do circles in a lot until you get dizzy than ya buy a beater bike. But it sounds like you like to ride the streets . I live on the streets / highway ...Nothing like clutching up into a coast on a full fairing mint bike and just riding......dam I love that.

Re: Stunt advice cbr600rr
yea get yourself something that's speaks to both worlds 600rr is great bike but not for stunt...had one myself HORRIBLE and bigger sprocket made it difficult just to ride down the highway .if u want both you need to consider having a big sprocket goin down the highway wich isn't good for the bike unless its got the foot up on rpms...great lot/but mostly street is a 929 or 954.do it before you break up the rr and get stuck with it!

All depends on your setup. 15/52 or 15/54T is a great setup for street and stunt riding. Once you start going higher then 56T and up, highway riding is not so fun haha
