I've been looking at the sick innovations cage but thats the only one that catches my eye.

Tygershark. Not only because of the awesome warranty. But I also like the ground clearance. You can take it to the canyons and not have to worry (to much) if your gonna scrape it in a corner.

i run sick innovations, its a tank of a cage. i actually went down pretty hard on it last night and it worked perfect with no damage except to the slider. personally, if i were you i would go with tygershark because they're the best on the market but the sick cages hold up basically just as good and i think they're like $50-75 less than the tygershark delivered to your door if money is really tight but i don't think sick has the warrenty on their welds though

sickinnovations!!!!!!! They have a warranty on their welds and I only banged my knees on it once (because my feet slipped off the pegs) they'll powder coat it any color you want I am pretty sure too since they build to order.

Does powers still make cages? Ive had mine for 6+ years on several different bikes. Many crashes at 60+ and they still look new other than the scratches. Tigershark was just coming out around that time I think, they do look nice and that warranty sounds good too.

I know this thread is dead but I didnt see the need to start a whole new one. I picked up my f4i a few months back and just been dickin around on it. Its time to get serious and Ive been fixing the quirks and realized my cage is broken once I took it off. Its a tygershark cage and they dont make cages anymore. Whats the next best thing to a tygershark cage?

Truth be told, on an f4i it almost doesnt matter what cage you get. Theyre NOT fragile bikes.

You should get the tygershark fixed. You can buy an ok little welder for less than another cage.

I do have a welder just collecting dust, This cage is banged up though. I can weld it and straighten it back out and get it powdercoated for alot less than a new cage most likely.
