Helppppppp !!!!! lol can anyone tell me if ill need to recalibrate my bike after putting a 54 tooth sprocket ... i just finished installing mine and while riding it it seemed to ready high mph when it didn't feel like i was going that specific speed ????? im madd confused.... idk why :banged any tips would help

joke post? i don't get where the ******* joke is... but ok ... im sure you need to recalibrate it but im just asking for advise and if anyones done it or if i should recalibrate it ... its on a street legal stunner ..... i don't wanna be guessing my mph . . .

easy there hot cakes we get posts like this all the time with guys saying stuff like this as a joke. and a hundred people will post replies when the person that started the thread knows damn well you need to recalibrate it. we all ride street legal stunters out hear and unless you want to spend some $$ ya just guess.

idk there was a guy on hear a year ago that was selling some chips he made that recalibrate the tack but i have not seen him in a long time. you can search ebay cause i think he was selling them on there as well

ya really tho why waste money on doing that its not hard to tell if your going too fast when your blowing by people on the highway ur prob speedin just a lil lol i would not worry bout recalibrating ur speedo for what its worth at least

Put your Bike in top gear (6th on an f4i) and ride next to a friend....and pace him.... then have him go : 35mph ...and look at your tach....45 mph ...and look at yiour tach...55 mph ....look at your tach....70mph , look at your tach....and 100mph and look at your tach..... Then Take and put 5 little pieces of tape or markers on Your tach (cut them like a tiny triangles).... and You will Know your "basic Speeds"
I mean ...this is Really EASY , and accurate... and Free .... to pay 80 bucks or more to have a correct speedo ? IDK

PLUS ...I'm not sure how speedo healers work...but if you changed your gearing again ....would you have to get a different one ???

thats the one i want to get ...the chip.. but i don't wanna buy if cause i might be swapping sprockets every now and then and don't want that damn chip to cost me 80 for a one time use...
