exactly, my first stunt bike was a 99 zx9, dropped on my foot fron a sitdown 12 scrape,foot broke instantly. But its a carbed bike, and when the ram air tubes come off it sputters,..not to good for 12's and idle wheelies..night and day from a fuel injected 600!..it will only hold your riding back..IMO

to start out on to get the basics its not a bad idea but to keep progressing you going to want to move to a fuel injected bike.

just get fuel injected if money is the problem save up and get a newer bike

A ton of guys killed it on carbed bikes,I'm pretty sure tig or LOLO from france straight up murderd a carbed f2 or f3,I say run what ya got till you get the basic **** locked.Then move up to an f4i
