Question Lookin at new bikes....stuntin'

I've been lookin at gettin a new ride. I was wondering how many of you guys stunt R1's. Doesn't look like many people stunt'em.

So right now it's between the GSXR1000, R1, or the 954. Which one would you go with and why? By the way I stunt on my Bandit 1200 now (Rothwell bike) but I need something with a little more pony's and lighter.

Hey, I rode with you just the other day! You wheelie that Bandit like a mad man! I personally wouldn't want to stunt any of those, they're all to nice...lol! Get an older bike like a 900 or even a 929. I personally dont think you need all that power of the bikes you listed. It's all about the 6's....lol!:helmet

Hey dude, when we gonna roll next? I'm not worried about f'n those bikes up. I always liked a bike with some nice HP. I never owned a Yamm street bike but like the looks of that R1. My Bandit is a pretty good stunter but it's a tank. I gotta get a new ride!!! :D

Hey after I left the other day that cop rolled past... did he F with you guys???? Let me know when you guys are heading out next.... I need some more lessons from Elmer :p

My buddy has a R1 he loves it. He is picking it up at 120 & setting it down at 160. Even at those speeds its smooth as can be. Bike handles good too. I have also heard great thing about the 954 also. Personally I like the R1's looks alittle more but their all good picks! I believe the 954 is also the lightest too.

Re: Lookin at new bikes....stuntin'

He's def not a stunter. People in my town think stunting means wheeling fast & mabey around a slight turn. & I was just saying what the bike is capible of! I'm trying to get a new stuntbike to learn slower stuff on & show all these speed freaks what stunting is. I'll be the only one in my town!

Re: Lookin at new bikes....stuntin'

y do you want a liter bike you cant really do alot in lots with them. you can but its alot harder than doing it on a 600. its not like you need a liter bike to do a wheelie.

Re: Lookin at new bikes....stuntin'

i have ONE friend who kills it with a gsxr 1000 and one who sold his 929 and bought a f4i and has improved dramatically in a short time since. buy a r1 for a street bike dont ever hit 12 and put an oil pick up in it right away and hope it doesnt blow up while doing wheelies thats my opinion.
