you could mount a secondary rear peg alittle bit back on the sub-frame and try that, i use to run one on my old 900rr it helped you stretch your leg out and get more relaxed, that or get a 12 bar and put your foot back there

Re: stand up wheelies

Run a peg further back on your subframe near the tail. Just drill new holes where you want to place it, BUT, make sure you do something to strengthen the subframe. Otherwise it will crack pretty quickly on you. That will allow you to stand up straighter and take the load off your hands/arms.

Re: stand up wheelies

Im a little guy, but i mounted some pegs on my 12 bar, because my subcage made staggereds feel way different than with stock passenger pegs.

Re: stand up wheelies

I have a buddy that is like 6'3 and he is stretched out fine with his foot in the back seat! So either cut a hole or depending on the bike just take your back seat off! But sounds like your not that good yet so i wouldn't try to do any power wheelies like that. Probably wont end up well! haha

Re: stand up wheelies

dont know what kind of bike you have but if it's a 600rr the peg position sucks on those bikes..

all of them are way too far forward and too high and they are so close together your leg gets pressed against the tail in the staggered position thats why i move the peg position down back and out on all my 600rr omr subcages to give you a roomier feel when using the rear pegs ..

i also rotate the peg mounts forward on their axis so the peg doesnt want to fold up on you when youre standing on it and as a bonus this puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg ..

another advantage is the subcage wont flex like the stock peg brackets do so the pegs wont be aiming down when you are standing on them ..

at the moment i have them in stock for $175 shipped if any ones interested
