go get ur **** inspected by the hyway patrol or d.o.t. or whoever handles that shish and then the dmv can issue you a new title w/ the right nubers on it and wha-la...no felonies!!

If the origanal title isn't in ure name u can't get a title issued only the person on the title can

make a jig to line up all the letters/numbers, then give them one good shot

if there are any repeating characters that could be an issue
