That's pretty harsh I don't think he should have been killed but if that's the only way they could take him down I'm sure there good reason.

I'm guessing it was the owner
I mean really, if the guy stole the owners bike, the owner was probably driving around with a gun looking for him.
But how often does someone try to steal a motorcycle with a gun, then just kill the guy and drive away??
I probably wouldn't get a gun if someone stole my bike.. But you better blieve if I saw them and I was in my car, I would have no problem smashing them

I highly doubt the owner of the bike shot him....it was probably coincidental that happened, the article doesn't say when the bike was stolen, only says it was a stolen bike (I think, right?) Anywho, you'd have to be some kind of idiot to shoot and kill someone for stealing your bike because all fingers would point to you anyways and serving 25 years to life because of a bike is pretty stupid

He was riding an 07 ZX6 which had been stolen for a week prior to him being shot on it...
If he stole it then hey got what he deserved, he played with fire...he got burned. If he wasn't the actual thief and "didn't know" it was stolen...then that would suck!

You **** with some people, you may wish you never did. Some people are looking for a reason, to make a Mark out of you. I've contemplated setting up a decoy bike. And when the thieves come to get it, they get a nice surprise. I know alot of punkass stunters steal bikes to support what they do. If you can't work for your own bike, you need to pick a cheaper hobby.

HELL yeah shoot the bastard for stealing your bike. In Colorado you could do it and get away with it just fine. We have the Make My Day law and if someone is stealing your property or threating you or your property you can use lethal force on them. :YEAH

if he's rockin obviously stolen **** on the street, then he prolly isnt the even the minimally law-abiding type and had some form of enemy from his similar recreational activities. I cant imagine the owner popped him, unless he JUST stole the bike.

i think in florida if your getting car jacked or bike jacked in this case you are allowed to kill some one , but i think you have to be in or on the vehicle at the time
