Re: bullut-proof jap bikes...

Hahah back when I worked at honda someone traded in a 89 accord with 230k miles...so we did what any dealership would do and drained the oil and coolant parked it out back put a wrench on the gas pedal to rev limiter and went to lunch. Forgot about it, 2 hours later went back and it was still banging away on the limiter. Shut it off and turned it back on and it ran as good as it did when it came in....one of the parts drivers actually drove the car for over a year..

haha thats reminds of 1990 pontiac bonneville i used to have as my winter beater, it got taken of the road cause it was rusted to ****. so me an my buddy drained all the oil out of it and left it hitting the rev limiter for some time, went inside his shop after a few dubbies we couldnt hear the thing running no more so we figured it blew the motor, but it just ran outta gas. so i put a bit of gas in it and drove to the scrapyard and got 150 bucks for it. not a jap motor but a 3.8 gm bullet proof
