how hot does it get in the summer on avg.? Cause i'm not too fond of weather over 80. I sweat like a ******* pig, i go through atleast 3 sets of cloths/day in the summer...in CT.

im in the detroit area right now,... around 200K$ u get a small 2 bedrrom bath and a half ranch, we have snow and frozen rodes still theres noone to ride with and while the cops aren't THAT bad they are still annoying.

Yup! No sharks! I just dumped about 180 lbs of table salt in it last week. The ion cell converts the saltwater to chlorine. Its practically zero maintenance and you don't get all the nasty side effects of regular chlorine. The gas heater gets the spa from 45 degrees to 104 in about 20 minutes and it takes about 8-9 hours to get the pool from 45 to about 80 degrees.

Waterproof wireless remote controls the pool pump, spa, heater, lights, spa air blower, salt concentration, air temp, pool temp, and a billion other things LOL:

Do it dude. I grew up in New Milford, CT lived there for 15 years. I had a few job offers when I got out of the Navy and one was up at the GE plant in Plainville, CT. I went up there for an onsite interview and they gave me a really good offer but I turned it down because the housing was outrageous. My other interview was with Texas Instruments here in Dallas so I flew out here for the interview, never been to Texas in my entire life and I loved it here so I accepted their offer....and here I am!
