Ok what streches do you guys do to get flexible? I want to start throwing some legs around but its painfull to do it.

It shouldn't be painfull..just do your standard stretches...sit with legs together and reach for your toes with your legs staight.. split them and reach with both hands on one leg then the other. also, stand with legs together and straight and try to touch your toes. look up stuff on the net too

haha its very painfull. lol i think i pulled an *** cheek during a spreader the other day! If thats possible

oh you can sit on the floor with legs spread and reach down the middle as far as you can .. You can also try to the the chinese splits...Like Van Dam that will help too.
