Stoppie bike....

Ok guys I havnt been arounf much or riding in a long time since i got rid of the 954, Im buying a new stunter in the next 2 months and im flirting with 2 options.. F4i... I had one it was my first bike, LOVED to stunt the **** out of it, smooth as hell not over powered easy to control great balance point..... but stoppies were a lil wierd which if i got one i couild put a 929 front on.

#2 choice is a gsxr 750. Which i hear has a GREAT balance point for wheelies and is also well powered but not as twitchy as the 954 was. I was thinkin i could use the power of the 750 and heard it is great for stoppies So im stuck between a f4i and a gsxr 750.

Please lemme know your opinions. I know some of you LOVE the 954 which i did as well but this is only a question regarding these 2 bikes.

Re: Stoppie bike....

If your lookin to roll long stoppies, I would have to say go with the gsxr....I have heard from a couple of people that even with the front end swap on the F4i, it's still tough to do long ones.

Re: Stoppie bike....

i never tried stoppies until I got my gsx-r. I gotta say, they are coming along nicely. Since getting my gsx-r I've tried them on my buddies cbr1000 and they fell totally different.

As far as bp, I guess it's just what your used to.

Re: Stoppie bike....

The longest stoppies have been done a 900RR and GSXR750. But, truthfully, it all depends on the person and what they feel must comfortable with.

Re: Stoppie bike....

anyone know how 636's are for long stoppies? I love my 900RR but I was thinking of either switching tothe 636....maybe I'll keep the RR for sotppies and a "B" bike.

Re: Stoppie bike....

only with a 954 front end on it.

I had the gixxer and didnt really like it for stopies.. Could only roll like 200 on it
