900 RR Front rotor question - play in rotor

This might sound stupid and that the answer is "duhhh",
but check out the video of the play in my front rotors.

here's the low down. I had a bent front rotor so i had a brake pulse. so i bought a set of racing rotors off ebay. they came, and when you held the hub of the rotor & wiggled the rotor itself, it moved. one alot more than the other. check out the video I made & see the play for yourself. The guy i bought em from was like "yeah, they are free floating rotors & are supposed to have play in them to eliminate vibration". So i put them on & tried them out. sure as anything, they vibrate & sound like im jiggling a pocket full of loose change.

Now im no rocket scientist - but that is the biggest crock of crap i've heard in a while - & i sell used cars so i know BS.

Let me know what you think:

verticaljay is a decent person
Don't know but that doesn't seem right to me. Why would they be loose in one of the most important areas. Ive never seen the floating ones but it can't be right.
