This bad boy is a dinosaur. its a 1300.
10k rpm drives.
no raid.
no warranty.
This would be a very good database server for a site like this. A site thats basically query driven.
From the performance of this site i would say you are running all on one server. If so. Your problems are solved when you add a dedicated sql server

without getting into to much detail (security reasons) shuggs, but whats your setup as it is now? I see your getting a new server, what kind?
If you need any sort help on the hardware side of this site let me know. I have designed numerous dot com networks/server farms. The last one I designed was a 9 server setup. 7 win2000 boxs and 2 linux box's. I lease (dedicated hosting) all of the systems I have desinged.
It all depends on your budget. But for a couple hundred bucks a month I can get you setup on a 2 server linux setup that allows 200gigs a month per server transfer not to mention this ISP has 4 OC48 conncetions. The last dot com I worked for we had all of our servers with them. It all depends on how much you wanna spend. But if you got 500-700 a month to spend then this site could be blazing (blink of an eye) fast.
let me know if you need any sort help on planning your network.
