f4 shutting down when riding

f4 shutting down when riding bike starts up fine and everything is good when riding, but after riding for 2 hours or so it will sputter for a min when taking off then just die, usually for about 20 mins or so then start back up till it gets hot again. someone said it could be a fuel pump so i changed that, been through 3 pumps and did it again today. someone else is saying maybe a cdi box, can someone help me?
