you'll constantly be wearing down the plastic. I'd say get a bar, if you don't like it sell it to me.

I like 12 bars, I don't like them if they are sticking out too far so anyone can scrape that rides it. There's got to be some skill when 12ing.

It's very possible to scrape tail. 3rd gear tapped tip it back hit tail slam the brake.

That's how Hessogood does em. Well till he busted his leg doin them.

well, that pic i took out of our dvd but the camera man didn't capture it. before i learned how to do it right i'd bring it up and touch the tail and usually i'd have to drop it at like a 180 but i'd land on both wheels.

now, what you do, learn coasters. get her in 3rd and tap it out and pull up on the shifter, so you are coasting with tons of speed, then you can keep letting it get further and further back. reason being, to get it that far back without falling (tail is past 12) you have to be on the brakes to compensate for the falling, so you scrub a lot of speed. doing it this way you can drag and still have speed to set it down. i've been doing this for a week now. i'll try to get vid but usually none of my guys come out with me to practice.

don't get me wrong, i rock my bar on my 929 and had one on my fiddy, but with the tricks i'm doing no bar is more my style on the 50. i don't like the idea of casing a 25 foot double and a 12 bar kicking my ***.

I want to see someone hit a ape hanger without a 12 bar. As far as I am consirned they are for apehangers and standing on. I can scrape tail and do coasters all day long without it. It also saved my *** when doing highchairs, I laid it down but I didn't smack my dome! From that experience I have since started doing highchair 12's. bars are cool but not only for 12's. They should be called stunt bars.

that's be hard cause it'll be on the subframe...which likes to grab the ground hard when you hit it.

I would like a bar for putting my foot in stunts only. I don't care to scrape.

I have been practicing 1st gear how high and how long I can roll them. Not as vertical as binder, btu I am working on it. Those are great wheelies. Nice and slow and wound out really high.

i've never rocked a bar on MY fiddy. i've ridden a few with em on, it's fun for 5 minutes. but other than that i think they are just novelty items, and dangerous when looping endos and other wrecks where the bike hits you.

ya, wreckinga 50 stoppie isn't really that bad, but with that bar, it makes it just as bad as a full size bike....that thing causes some pain.
