I figure these things are pretty strong runners so it should be good for awhile. But I am open for suggestions to get rid of it.

Are your valves adjusted to spec? is your timing correct? What gas are you running?

I adjusted the valves to stock spec.

Can the timing be adjusted?

Gas is 92 octane.

i also adjusted my valves to stock... .002" in, .003" out...

i didnt think about gas, i was originally runnin regular without thinkin about it, switched to premium...

my timing is correct as far as i can tell... but im no mechanic...

still makin that noise after about a half hour of riding when its good and warmed up... doesn't seem to do it when cold...

idk, ive just been bombin around on it... im not sure what to try so im thinkin unless somebody has any ideas, i'll just ride it till somethin breaks... lol

Is your motor a Big Bore?

yes it can.

The gas probably isn't the problem then...
