Man I just rented this film the other night !!!
Oh my god what a piece of crap !
I thought at least the stunts would keep me interested ....wrong.
Some of the stunts in the beginning were hilarious, the standups
were terrible and the endoz were *****.
I will say that it looks like they canned the first stunt team as through the movie the stunts got a LITTLE more controlled.
Lawrence Fishburne looked like he swallowed a bottle of helium and was about to explode !!!
I dont remember even one scene that was decent.
All the bike shots that involved the actors were CHEESEBALL!
That one scene I think the Busa had about 14 gearz !!!
That would make it 1 down and 13 up !!!
Anyways u get the point.................
DONT RENT IT !!!!!!!!!1
Cheers

First of all nothing to take back !!!
Rumour had it, that there were some big names doing the stunts which is why I rented it !! (U think the plot was the reason ??? lol)
The same reason why I buy all of the stunt tapes that come out.
I knew the storyline would be hella weak which it was.
But needless to say the stunting that was shown, IMO (and yes I am allowed an opinion CRZT) was a let down.
Cheers

When i read that it to me sounded like you were putting down the stunters or stunter in the movie. I could give 2 ***** about the film.

Did you not see the first few standupz in that movie ???
They WERE terrible.
This is why I thought they changed stunt teams b/c the stunts did seem to get better, not the actual stunts but the control of them.
As far as seeing the movie in Canada, the City of Ottawa decided not to allow that movie here due to the " bike problem " they are having. Bastards.
Cheers

I thought the movie was pretty good! It is obviously a bit unrealisitc, however it is a hollywood film and is supposed to be....it's called entertainment. If you are somebody that reads to much into movies then you will probably not enjoy it. Yet, if you watch because it it based on sportbikes and good entertainment then it is certainly worth the rent. I will be buying the DVD this week to add to my collection.

The only part I did not like about the movie was the final race on the dirt road. Besides that the overall movie wasn't that bad. It was deffintely a great start to getting stunting into the mainstream though .

I think it was Jon Jon, JT Holt, and Jason Britton.
Triple X did 2 fast 2 furious
Anyway, the movie might have sucked but it wasnt the stunters' faults!! They were more than likely killin **** but who ever edited the footage was a handjob!!!

That's why it is called a movie...half the **** in movies is not real. Most hollywood films are put out for entertainment purposes and make the impossible become possible...that is the beauty of movies . Most average joes(outside of the sportbike world) do not know an elevator at 150mph is not possible, however doing a 150 on a dirt road that is another story .

If I wanted to wacth real life situations I will turn on Survivor, Real TV, Biography Channel, cops, etc .

I give the movie: (out of five)
