I can find out where it is .. I talk with the kid who edited the video. Hes friends with the guy. he said he got busted once and they took his cart away for 2 weeks .. lol ....

Pretty sure the guy is from Montreal or Quebec, I think he made the news up here, he kinda had a habit of riding that thing a lil too much on the street.
