Had to goto a good friend's funeral today..His name was danniel londono...He was in the 1 Battalion 504th infantry 82nd airborn....His un-arrmored hum-vee was shot by an unknown projectile....Was a real sad day/ week...Losing a good friend...20 fellow members of the 82nd flew back to help with the service's..They did a damn good job with there speach's about danny to helping lower the casket...R.I.P DANNY....

Thanks 4 the reply guy's.....Since im posting i might as well throw out the other two names of his partners that were also killed..Staff Sgt. Clint D. Ferrin he was from miss....And Pfc. Joel K. Brattain of cali....The Speaker from the army was flying out to miss to do Clint's funeral speach tomm...Then right after hoping on a plane to do Joel's speach..He was a real stand up guy, Gave a good 15 minute speach about all three men and how that got to know each other...**** sucks....Just got word on the new's anonther bostonian was killed today over there...

on a brighter note, my mom mailed me the Brockton Enterprise in a care package and it had an article about that army guy who lost both arms when a tire he was changing on a blackhawk blew out and killed another soldier. So some locals got together and are buying him a house or something, haven't read the whole article, but the guy was from brockton or boston, but good people are doing good things out there, think positively and do what you can. peace
