Video...Stuntbike rep'n on the racetrack!

32,xxx miles 929
Blown/shot suspension
Fried/weak motor
Fried brakes
Warped rotors
used tires
-1 +10 gearing
No aerodynamics

***** was sliding and wobbbling everywhere and no brakes going in.
Ran intermediate session and by the end of the day I was smoking everyone in intermed and going as fast as most of the expert racers in the advanced sessions. 1:35's

In the morning...dirty looks, laughter, and people shaking their heads. By end of day, everyone was super cool. Stunters gained a lot of respect that day.

It's a trackday, not a race so not 100% ... just for fun. Check the one jerk pushing me off the track in T3.

I had a blast...racers are a cool bunch! some are snotty at stunnas but I am fixing to try 2 change that.

awesome. thats pretty cool that you got some respect from them. But at the same time I think alot of us arent out to earn their respect. I know I coud care less what the batch of guys here who think they race think of me or my boys. I have been wondering about taking my bike out for a trackday. I'm curious how I would match up against some of them.....

The more mainstream motorcyclists respect the talent you guys have, the further the sport will grow.

I was a racer who saw loved stunting, so I gave it a shot. Did OK....sucked at ultra slow **** but never practiced. Dont know how you would do on a trackday...but do know the front pack in a real race hangs it out 101% or more.

If you try a trackday I gaurentee you'll have a blast even if you dont feel the kneedraggin stuff.

As far as I am concered, riding is riding. You have my respect if you are fast on the track, kill the twisties, stunt the wheels off your bike, or kill it in the dirt. Doesnt matter to me. You are even more of an ape if you do it all! Thanx for the clip!

LMAO.. me too... I was looking thru the corners...

Yeah I went to some track days and was the fastest guy out there when I had my 954.. so I got the itch and prepped my 600rr and couldn't believe how fast the expert riders were. The fast guys are FAST!!! Props to you for representing. If you got the itch look for a local club and take a try at WFO... you won't regret it and you will have to set fire to your checkbook.

Re: Video...Stuntbike rep'n on the racetrack!

I used to want a track bike sooo bad. Only been once, but it was ALOT of fun. Just too much of a pain in the *** to trailer it, pay the fees, book the day off of work and register and all the other scheduling BS. I ride my stunter out of my driveway onto the streets all the way to the spot 5 minutes from my house.

I also find the stunters take you in and teach you ****, while most of the racer types have their heads up their asses...maybe thats just around here???

Reg, someone needs to teach you how to get your stuntbike going and actually start stunting...Remember you have a free DVD to make for me.
