^agreed i used to plate swap when i had 2 bikes all the time a 00 r6 with not title and a 88 hawk with a title. got pulled 3x's passed every time even after running my plate of course i ahd honda stickers on the yami :D

Sucks to hear about the situation, but $2K for a stunted '03 GSXR without a title....comon. 
I've seen F4i's with a salvaged title go for between 2 and 2500. Little to pricey for my book. If you payed around that much to buy it, you got hosed.

We could argue back and forth all day about what it's worth so far no one has come through with a solid offer, first one with money and a decent offer gets it.
