Whats the best way to ship a gixxer frame?

I shipped one in two boxes taped together from SC to FL through fedex for $25.

 

If its just the frame you don't really need a box. Take it to FedEx for sure. Get some card board boxes and cut them so you can rap them around the frame. Basically so you can still see what the frame looks like but the card board protects it. I work at FedEx and I see a few frames come and go like that.

 

I usually use a box with the foam peanuts.
