Cool Is a 2005 Gsx-r a good first Stunt Bike????

I can get one rite now for $1500 just needs seat....What are yalls opinons on that bike?? Thanks

You gotta be more specific. But alot of the west coast guys stunt Gixxers. the East coast guys tend to stunt 636's or F4i's. I thoroughly enjoyed my Gixxer stunt bike, but you will usually have to put more effort into getting or making parts. Good luck

I had two 05's and I LOVED those bikes. Never had any problems!!!!! Get it, for $1500 you won't regret it!

What about the frames on the 05 Gixxers? R they weak like i have been hearing?

i was just about to mention something about that, as far as ive known and heard all gsxr subframes a like glass. so probly be best to by an aftermarket one made of steal. either way clean title bike for 1500 i wouldnt turn it down.

I had a tubular steel one from scrapeworks. I dontthink they male them anymore bit that thing was golden. The stocks are weak for sure but if you run a pruned bar or reinforce ot you'll be fine. No gorilla scrapes on a 12 bar lol.

dont know the sites, just gotta google it, plus keep an eye out for hb setups in the bike parts forsale section of the forum or just make a thread in the parts wanted one, thats the easiest way of finding stuff.

that the bike im stuntin! look at the pic, hah i love the bike to death but subframes suckk! i went over on a stoppied at like 5mph it wasent nothin and my subframe got bent to ****!!

bent to **** or snapped in half I hear if you put an 04 1000 subframe on it that they bolt up well and are much stronger. GOOGLE IT

Impaktech for cage and subframe.. or get into fabrication.
thats the same bike im settin up to learn on. mines 04, had it since 05
