Man, the whole day was a blast. To tell you the truth, we should make this into a yearly ride. So many bikes and everybody was awesome. The stunt show was great (I was in my first ever last man standing contest) and the highlight for me was Mike G tearing it up on the mike at the after party. There was so much emotion in the air when we stopped at the hospital that it was unbelievable!

it was a great ride. i couldnt believe how fast the shirts sold out. im glad i got one.

 

With tears in my eyes, I want to say thank you to everyone who went to the ride and helped sell shirts and bracelets or took pictures of even bought something. I've been wearing my VMC hat since it happened, and i wish I could have been there. I am so glad to see him out of bed and outside. Thats the first step.

Nate, you are a gem. Hope the money we raised at Stuntoberfest helps. I will be up there really soon.

 

i think its awesome that everyone is supporting about it, it just shows that we have a good community, we all have passion for riding whether it be stunting, drag, cruising, or weekend warrior.

god bless you ryan i hope everythign works out alright, and even though i do not know you, even just reading that you have tried to bring this sport into something is awesome. honestly this is what u do man dont let having 1 leg stop you, its just another challenge for you and for all. god bless all of u and ride safe!

Today I was up visiting him at lunch.. i showed him some pics from the ride and he got really stoked. He was amazed to see that many people show up and support him. It really made him feel good. He was looking though pics of the stunt show and saw Paul from Monkey Tactics 50/50 circle and ryan said "I'm going to learn how to do that with my bionic leg" I'm really happy he is positive. His short term memory is very blurry right now. He remembers everything before the accident but has a hard time remembering things from day to day but overall his improvement is great. Last week i was up there for 3 hours. 2 hours into my visit I left to go smoke a cig... when I came back in he didnt remember me being there that day. It was that bad... but now he is remembering things from a couple days ago. Its a big improvement.
