F4i Gearing For Street and Highway?

Ok i know this has probably been beat to death but the search option just doesnt bring much up. I mostly ride streets and moutain roads. Rarely ride lots. I also get on the highway every so often. I am wanting enough gearing to pretty much do high chairs and tank wheelies etc. This bike just doesnt have the power my R6 did (on it i went down 1 up 2 and it was enough). I was thinking of staying stock up front and going up 4 in the rear. I dont want to be revving high on the interstate so i was thinking this is a good upgrade. Like i said, this thing just doesnt have the power the r6 did so what would be a good gearing. You guys that have had the f4 easy and ride streets should know. I just dont want overkill. Sorry, i know everyone always beats this subject to death. Any help is appreciated.

Re: F4i Gearing For Street and Highway?

yeah im not to happy with the stock gearing, it just doesnt have the get up and go. i have to clutch the hell out of it, and if i drop out of bp any bit, i cant bring it back. it just drops back down. just doesnt have the power to dip back in. oh and forget spreaders, high chairs. im new to this whole f4easy thing.

I have a +10 on my street f4i and its still a little too much on the highways.

So I vote for -1 +3

+10 is a lil too aggresive for everyday streetin...id say -1 at least thats like 13 bucks and itll take u like 10 mins to do...if u need more go like up 3 to 5 thats max if u street daily
