After searching and searching and searching for a cheap xr50 that I was going to build up, I found one that was already dope as ****. For a grand it is a 2003 xr50 with 88cc bore kit, bigger carb (obviously), BBR SP-5 forks, BBR Bars, New Swingarm, Works Suspension in the rear, BBR Tall Seat, BBR exhaust, and a Meatl Malitia graphics kit. Here's my question: How do I tell what make the bore kit is? And what do I measure on the carb to tell me what size it is? I kind of want to know this oshit about my new bike. I already changed the oil, spark plug, and spark plug elbow as it was getting old and barely any contact. All in all I think I got an awesome deal and I can't wait to get up every morning and start riding it. Stay stuntin'!

where you get the street tires for it ?

 

I have a store called American Tire in my town that carries about every tire for everything and if they don't have it they will order and install it all for about $12.00.

 

About your big bore kit question , is the head a race head ?

Are there any markings or numbers on it ?

Or are there any markings on the cylinder ? I know bbr marks their cylinders .

All the other stuff is internal , so ......

 

Sooo the piston isn't considered internal?

 

i think it has takegawa e-stage because it has a steel cylinder.
