im just glad that the cops here dont bust our ***** to much.....4 of em from night shift come out and watch for hours! but there goes my tax paying money LOL

well very glad to hear hes ok.we have the power to do things we all just have to beleave in ourselfs stand up.a very good start would be to fill out the papers to vote and start votin.what would happen if we went to the polls with 300 to 400 bikes to start.vote somebody in that will listen to r problems.we need to think about protectin our freedom.freedom that our fallen family members fought for .i can keep going on.but one day we will stand up and bring america back to american ppl not a country that split into two.america ppl and a communist goverment that treats us like ****.the same gov. that we pay to do this to us.sorry i got into it so deep

 

the sad part about it is that there are way more ppl who would think that a stuntrider should be hit by a cop than their is reasonable ppl. so honestly the odds of finding a political candidate that gives a rats *** about bikers rights is slim and none, nm finding the ppl to vote for em.

That ******* sucks something like that happened to me but they were undercover cops so they ended up dropping the case cause i coulda said i was in fear for my life and didnt think they were cops and was gonna go home before i stopped

yeah your right, stand up for bikers rights. But what about all the people who AREN'T bikers who want to stand up for THEIR right to not have bikers risking everyone's lives on the street?

I agree, cop's shouldn't be able to ram bikers or anyone at any time. Hell cops shouldn't even pursue bikers cause all that leads to is bikes running faster and further and risking more lives.

However, I guarantee, we get a specific law where cops can't chase bikers. Then there will be another law, where if you DO get caught running, you say, oh spend 10 years in prison?

The easiest thing to do is NOT run. But if you run, you might have to deal with a cop pulling out in front of you, grandma coming home from church pulling in front of you, or you just ******* up in general.

I can only imagine the guy running, in a neighborhood, if he was going 25mph, the speed limit, I can almost guarantee the cop wouldn't have hit him. But of course I wasn't there so I don't know.
But I bet the biker was flying going well over 50 in a neighborhood, and the cop pulled in front of him.

protect your freedom lol. You don't have the freedom to run. Pull over when a cop lights you up and I guarantee a cop never purposely hits you EVER.

 

Depends in florida its illegal to chase motorcycles but they still do it cause they consider it pacing behind you not chasing and theyll do it with there sirens and lights off (red and blue and headlights) so if you crash and wanna sue you cant say the cop was a distraction and was the one that made you crash.

But if a undercover is attempting to pull you over and you dont think its a real cop i think anywere in the us. you can call 911 and say a cop is attempting to pull you over and your calling to make sure its a real cop and your goin to stop when you get to your house but if your on a bike you cant call 911 so you can just take the undercover to your house and explain when you stop.

 

 

Out here in Chicago they will run your *** over, brake your arm cuffing you up, and smash your head on the car door before taking you in.. Better off just pulling over and taking the ticket...

 

ive been pulled over a while ago doin a wheelie on the road and i stopped.....the cop told me to go home and quit doin the **** on the road....he told me the only reason he let me go cuz i stopped...

do think that the cops really care about safety when they run u down n try to kill u or someone else.no way we get a thrill doin wheelies and the cops get a thrill usein force on ppl and cant wait to shot there guns huntin us like deer season there the hunters n we r the hunted from the time u walk out ur door ur bein hunted.and us bikers r easy to b hunted for tickets ect. like yest. nov. 1st i wasnt doin wheelies n i got a tickets lol

 

so its not right for them to b that forceful to where they crate someone to get hurt or kill someone.what could have happened in this case just what if there was someone there that the bike throw off n hit someone walkin or something in the lines of that.

I agree, they shouldnt be able to have as much power as they have, The law enforcment community has become so unbeilievably corrupt its amazing. I strongly think we need protection from the law nowadays, an that scares me. In my local area the cops are insane about nailing bikers, chasing stoping to tickett for nonuse of lane signal cause they didnt recognise a hand signal (witch was by the DMV book) being biligerant, belittling an calling us names, begging us to make a threatening move so they can Tase us...**** them, I took my ticketts for years for the dumbest ****, wrecked my liscense for there ego's. I don't stop if he didn't get within 50ft of my tail.I am constantly hearing of cops within my tri county area being caught using drugs, driving drunk, pulling over mexicans an shaking em down (Taking there money from them on spot) soliciting hooker or yes, even childern. plus recently there was a marked cop car pulling people over an robbing them.(Granted it was not cops just a recycled marked police car) but all in all, I do not trust law enforcement,they are WAY too aggressive an verbally abusive, they tend too try an escalate a situation rather than DEescalate it...Now this being said, know this, ALOT of my family is or was in lawenforcment, from the jail's road cops,detectives,pilots,911 dispatchers to evidence clerks....this helped me out about 10% of the time. Normally i dont tell them who I am related too.an those of my family that are still L.E.O are bidding ther time till retirement to get away from this corruption an aggressive mentality..They disagree with how theese cops/judges an lawyers are acting an there LACK of compassion an want to genuinly help the public...

 

I hope this stuff settles down, but I wouldn't count on it, think its probably going to get worse as time goes on.
