Well as always nonstop cop bs here in the 518. today on the Halloween ride a pursuit was said to have occurred with one of our local riders. as this rider took a left at some point a *** ******* hole cop heading towards him decides to intentionally make a right hand turn and broad side him right off the bike. bounces his head off of a parked car and he lays unconcios on the ground only to be awokened from his temporary lack of conciousnes to being repeatadly beat on. how fucked is that? this can not be legal can it? is'nt that considered attempted vehicular manslaughter? i know they are allowed to imobilse cars n trucks etc etc but there is no way this is allowed with motorcycles...is it? thats what im curious to know.

good question. monday just told me about this ****, i guess have him talk to a lawyer, cuz im not really sure on this one. ******* pigs in ny are out of their god damned minds this year. im glad i didnt stay up there this year.

funny thing is im not even sort of suprised. ny cops dont serve and protect they ego trip. ***** just been building up, they get braver every year and more petty every year. who was it anyway, troopers or city cops?

If the Officer felt he was attempting to Flea on the bike he can use discretionary actions. Does not mention regaurd to vechile specs in NYS. They can use a spike strip on anything, the safety of others is what justified you can die on a bike or in a car the intent is to end the risk to others. It may not be "by the book" but you will have to get a Lawyer to fight it like anything else.

yah its like i always see the videos on tv or online like this;

person fleeing in a car, cop on foot jumps in the path of the car, then will open fire and kill the driver and using the excuse that his life was endanger lol. yah of course it was. but if i were to jump in front of a random car on the street and shoot the driver id go to prison. cops do what they want and then make the report so its within the departments rules.

 

yea if your running.....they could run you over if they wanted.....even if you try and fight it, its against the cops....so you they already have the upperhand regardless

 

the law is whatever they want it to be at the time ........ i've been saying this for years cops "serve and protect" bullshit....i have yet to meet one who actually cares about the people.... its just like politicians now ...... originated to help people, now its just another occupation!

 

honestly in upstate ny its almost always the state troopers acting like ********. alot of the local guys are somewhat intelligent, well depending on the town/city ur in. and sherrifs are about 50/50 decent guys. state troopers 99% ******* ******** in ny.

NY cops ****** suck dick.They ruined my Benefit a month ago for make a wish.when we were doing something good. they **** us. Get used to it.they have nothen better to do.


Also im almost 100% positive they can not use force to stop a bike aka.hit with car .spikes. ect.

Something is going on with higher up's in state police that they think we as motorcycle riders are a gang like crips or bloods.Im so sick of.

Im meeting with a big wig lawyer next week and i might be suing NYSP over my BBQ so if i have grounds. maybe this will teach them a lesson, for once. Long story short right there.lol
