hey this guy is selling a 99 Honda 400ex... you think its worth 1600?? I am looking to start stunting and still looking for a stunt bike but I also want a quad to practice on and have some fun..... are these good to stunt on? is it good to learn some stunts on a quad like does it help while learning stunts on a bike?

 

Nope ... too pricey, and wheelies on a quad are not even close to a sport bike.... btw i got my 05 450r mint condition for 2350....if that gives you a baseline on prices

1000 and get it for 1200....you could find an 02 - 04 for probably around 15 easy

 

400ex is the best stunt quad imo......its the only one ive rode that pulls ALOT at idle

 

im thinkin about getting it .. he said he would do 1400 that good?

 

A 10yr. old quad for $1400.00 is a little much, but it does look like its in good shape. That being said, $1200.00 would be a good deal. $1400.00 a little steep, but if it's clean, probably worth it.

I had a 04' YFZ450, and in stunting, never seen much other than 400EX's, and the old ocasional Yamaha Banshee. Stick with a 400EX....

 

If you want to stunt quads......the 400ex is the shiznit. If you want to stunt bikes.....get a bike.
