my buddie recently bought a bike that was found under water.. got it to run and can rock slow **** on it no problem.. but the bike wont go above 6700 rpms.. he reset the ecu, changed plugs and ran a couple tanks of gas through it...

any one know what a c14 code is? any ideas?
