Do anyone know whonakes these

Anyone know where to get the spinning bike rims i seen them on here and have a file but tis too large to put up they are motorccle rims tha keep spinning when you stop .i know you guys know what im talking about!

Unless you want it just for show, these are a horribly bad idea for riding.

The gyroscopic affects these will have will destroy the handling of your bike. The extra unsprung reciprocating mass will make it MUCH harder to turn the bike.

Also, I think I speak for the majority of people when I say they look stupid. **** that, spend the money on some Dymag 100% carbon wheels.
