As far as everyone argueing over cable and air, etc., well stop and think.... just because they do it where you are at doesn't mean that they do it everywhere...

My dad was locked up in IL for just over seven years, they didn't have air but they did have cable. They could purchase their own tvs from the prison, so they could have the tv(hence cable) in their cell. He still has that TV. Heat, well of course they need heat, but they keep it cold in there. He said there were days that were so cold that the prisoners wouldn't even get out of their beds.

Prison has it's own lifestyle man, I've seen some of the stuff they used to do and some of the stuff they had, it's crazy...

agreed. I think the bottom line is that we come from a variety of states so the rules will vary form one place to another. So most of us arguing over the littlest things is absurd. Yes, this state may allow this in prison where the next state won't allow it in the county jails. You see. So we are fighting over things that have no bearing as it's going to be different wherever you go, etc.

So, bottom line is, don't go, and you won't have to be subjected to the nonsense. But even if you make a mistake, you should be treated with some decency. And again, it depends on the crime and its severity in my opinion on how a person is treated. Screwing with people just to fuk with them is wrong inside the penetentiary or not....
