Isp numbers

I have found that a lot of people use different names to post but they are coming from the same isp numbers. I am looking them up and will report later.

isn't this sort of thing illegal and should be reported to the FEDS? Why would your average civilian have this sort of equiptment if they don't plan on creating problems. Messing with folks stuff for fun is just wrong in my opinion....

Re: Isp numbers

not really, this one computer guy was explaining this shit to me how they can see which numbers are where, then figure out what country, state, county, city, etc. Then they get your name, and address from the information given...

Then they can track you by uyour ip address. I have this friend who had this computer and people from the outside (we don't know who) was moving shit around on his computer. You could just watch the screen and see the mouse moving and deleting stuff or copying things by itself. The guy behind the scenes was doing it. He was looking at the persons files and everything putting notes like a joker saying. "Why are you buying this " and crap like that on his files...

It was crazy and I asked how and this guy said Ip addresses.

first off this kid aint no hacker.

second you can NOT accurately trace an ip address to a street or house or anything unless you are on the other side of the isp's core routers, which is not an easy thing to do.

Its just an ip address its no big deal, plus typically your ip address changes quite often unless you are on a static ip.

Also the reason why alot of people have the same ip address is because of AOL. AOL ran out of their class B ip addresses so they use proxy servers. So 10, 100, or 1,000 DIFFERENT people can come from the same ip address from one of AOL's proxy servers.

These kids are idiots....

Also the reason why alot of people have the same ip address is because of AOL. AOL ran out of their class A ip address which is about 16 million ip addresses so they use proxy servers. So 10, 100, or 1,000 DIFFERENT people can come from the same ip address from one of AOL's proxy servers.

Uhh its not amazing or crazy at all. All it was, was a backdoor program like netbus or the hundreds of others programs out there. You can track someone by ip address to the city typically and even at that, its not that accurate. Region is more accurate like south florida for example for ip addresses. There are millions of things you can do with someones ip address that takes no skill or amazement whats so ever.
